Our name Half Orange or "Media Naranja" represents the power of partnership where together, with our clients, we become whole. Carlos has over 23 years of experience in architecture, design, fabrication, and construction. As the leader of Half Orange, he brings this wealth of knowledge to the table. Carlos works directly with clients, architects and collaborators from the start to the completion of the project. Originally from Santiago, Chile, He co-founded Fierro & Livingstone studio. The studio practice focused on creating immersive branding and interior experiences through developing projects related to new media, design interaction, branding experience, and interior design. In 2002, Carlos moved to New York City, where he collaborated with Edwin Schlosberg and Evidence Design Studios on diverse projects designed for worldwide audiences. These projects include museums, sustainable furniture, architecture, fabrication, and home building. Since moving to Greenwich in 2019, Carlos has focused on designing and building homes, designing interiors, and designing and producing custom furniture. With unwavering attention to detail, Carlos conceptualizes, develops, and manages the design and construction of projects—ranging from small endeavors to large, complex initiatives that require seamless technology integration and specialized mechanical requests. Carlos's projects have earned recognition on a global stage.
